It is because RS.com have made a change in their policy, not letting FREE USERS to download above ~62KBytes/sec.

It’s definitely a great way to download and queue files from Rapidshare. Using the normal website is a pain in the ***.

Unbelievably good software. Works 100% for me with full speeds most of the time. Try linking to mediafire instead as it kicks rapidshares ass.
